KYC and Organizer Verification
Tiked may require Organizers, Promoters, or other users who create or manage Events on the platform to complete identity verification procedures and provide documentation reasonably necessary to confirm their identity, legal capacity, and eligibility to organize events. Such documentation may include government-issued identification, tax identification numbers, proof of address, corporate registration documents (for legal entities), bank account information, or other supporting records required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or anti-fraud obligations.
By registering or continuing to use the platform as an Organizer or Promoter, the user authorizes Tiked to perform identity verification checks and to request additional information where reasonably necessary. Tiked reserves the right to restrict access to certain platform features, delay payouts, suspend ticket sales, or terminate accounts where the required documentation is not provided or where the information supplied is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in suspension or termination of the Organizer’s account and the withholding of payouts until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5. PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment (via third-party processing):
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- PSE
- Nequi
- Daviplata
- SU+ Pay
- Bancolombia
- Wompi (payment gateway / third-party processor)
All payments shall be inCOP (Colombian Pesos).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may add sales tax if required and may change prices at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Chargebacks, Fraud Detection and Payment Holds
Payments for tickets purchased through the platform are processed by third-party payment processors. The settlement, authorization, and final processing of payments depend on such payment processors and the financial institutions involved in the transaction.
Tiked reserves the right to place temporary holds on funds, delay payouts, or retain reserves where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, regulatory compliance obligations, or other financial risks associated with an Event. Tiked may cooperate with payment processors and financial institutions to investigate suspicious transactions and resolve disputes.
In the event that a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute occurs, Tiked may offset the disputed amount against the Organizer’s current or future payouts. Organizers agree to provide any information reasonably requested by Tiked or payment processors to assist in the investigation or resolution of such disputes.
Platform Fees and Payment Processing Fees
Ticket prices are set by Event Organizers. Tiked charges a platform service fee and processes payments through a third-party payment processor (Wompi), which may charge processing fees. Depending on the Organizer’s configuration, these fees may be:
(a) included in the ticket price (the Organizer absorbs the fees), or
(b) added on top of the ticket price at checkout (the Customer pays the fees as an additional charge).
Tiked uses a fee calculation method designed to (i) cover applicable payment processing fees and (ii) provide Tiked with a platform fee (targeting 10% of the ticket price), while (iii) enabling the Organizer to receive the ticket price set by the Organizer, subject to applicable taxes, chargebacks, fraud prevention holds, and other adjustments permitted by law.
The total amount payable, including any applicable fees, taxes, and charges, will be displayed to the Customer before completing the purchase. By completing the purchase, the Customer authorizes the charge of the total displayed amount.
7. REFUNDS POLICY (Revised for Ticketing Platform)
All ticket sales made through the Services are generally final. However, refunds, credits, or other compensations may be provided in limited circumstances, including:
- (a) when an Event Organizer offers or authorizes a refund pursuant to the Organizer’s event policy;
- (b) when an event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed and the Organizer elects to provide refunds or otherwise resolves the matter with attendees;
- (c) when a refund is required by applicable law;
- (d) when Tiked, in its sole discretion, determines that a refund is appropriate to address verified fraud, duplicate charges, or a payment processing error.
Tiked acts as a technology intermediary. Unless Tiked explicitly states otherwise in writing, the Event Organizer is responsible for event performance and for refund decisions related to event cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, venue changes, and Organizer non-performance. Tiked may assist with communications and technical processing where legally permitted, but Tiked does not guarantee refunds.

Sanctions, Export Controls and Illegal Content
The Services must not be used to organize, promote, or facilitate Events that violate applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering laws, anti-terrorism financing laws, or any other legal or regulatory prohibitions. Organizers must not list Events that materially involve or support illegal activities, the distribution of illicit goods or services, fundraising for illegal purposes, or content that is otherwise unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.
Tiked reserves the right to suspend, block, or remove any Event listing or account that appears to violate sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions, or that promotes illegal activity. Tiked may also cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, payment processors, or sanctions enforcement bodies where required by law or reasonably necessary to mitigate legal risk.
Organizers represent and warrant that they will not use the Services in violation of applicable sanctions or export control laws and will promptly provide documentation or information reasonably requested by Tiked to demonstrate compliance.
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS (Revised Scope)
The Services allow certain users, including Event Organizers, to create, upload, and publish content related to events and accounts, such as event listings, descriptions, images, venue maps/site plans, and organizer profile information (“Contributions”). Contributions may be visible to other users and may be shared through third-party channels (for example, by sharing event links).
You are solely responsible for your Contributions and represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish them and that they do not violate any law or third-party rights.
We may remove or edit content at any time if we believe it violates these Legal Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE (Operational License Only)
By posting Contributions to the Services, you grant Tiked a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Contributions solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including displaying event listings and related media, enabling ticket sales, and promoting event pages within the Services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Contributions to Tiked. You retain all rights in your Contributions, subject to the license granted above.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not investigate, monitor, or check third-party websites/content for accuracy or completeness and are not responsible for them. If you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and should review their policies.
Payments example: Payments may require you to interact with third-party payment processing services (such as Wompi). When you leave the Services or interact with third-party services, their terms and policies apply.
13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action, restrict access, remove content, and manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
14. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any material on the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, notify us using the contact information in Section 36. You may be liable if you knowingly make material misrepresentations in a notice.
15. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny access, terminate accounts, or remove content at any time for any reason, including breaches of these Legal Terms or applicable laws. If your account is terminated, you may not register a new account using false or third-party identities.
16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, modify, or remove content and may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee availability and are not liable for downtime, delays, or errors.
Force Majeure & Emergency Cancellation Procedures
Neither Tiked nor the Organizer shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Legal Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond their reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, infrastructure failures, or other extraordinary circumstances that make the organization or execution of an Event impossible or unsafe.
In the event that an Event must be cancelled, postponed, or materially modified due to a force majeure event, the Organizer shall promptly notify Tiked and the affected ticket holders. The Organizer is responsible for determining and communicating the applicable refund, rescheduling, or ticket transfer policies in accordance with applicable law and the Organizer’s published Event policies.
Tiked may assist in the technical processing of refunds or ticket transfers where feasible, but Tiked shall not be responsible for financial obligations arising from event cancellations unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws ofColombia.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to submit disputes related to these Legal Terms to the courts of Colombia. NOBUGS SAS may also bring proceedings in the courts where you reside (or where your principal place of business is, if entered into in the course of trade/profession), as permitted by applicable law.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Mediation Option
Prior to initiating any court or arbitration proceedings relating to these Legal Terms (other than actions for injunctive or other equitable relief), the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through a mandatory mediation process. A party seeking to initiate mediation must provide written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought. The parties will agree on a mutually acceptable independent mediator within thirty (30) days of the notice. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator within that period, either party may request that a mediator be appointed by a recognized mediation service chosen by Tiked.
The mediation will be conducted in good faith and in a timely manner. The costs of mediation (including mediator fees) will be shared equally by the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. If mediation does not result in a resolution within sixty (60) days after the mediator is appointed (or such other period as the parties may agree in writing), either party may pursue litigation or arbitration as permitted under these Legal Terms.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking provisional or emergency equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or prevent irreparable harm.
19. CORRECTIONS
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct and update information at any time without prior notice.

By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications and agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for writing. You agree to electronic signatures and records and waive requirements for non-electronic records where permitted.

We may assign rights/obligations. No partnership or agency is created. These Legal Terms will not be construed against us as drafter.
26. PLATFORM ROLE AS A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY
Tiked is a technology platform that facilitates interactions between Event Organizers and Customers. Tiked does not own, produce, host, manage, or control any Event unless explicitly stated. Organizers are solely responsible for their Events, including Event content, venue arrangements, capacity, safety, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of all obligations to attendees.
27. ORGANIZER REPRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizers represent and warrant that all Event information they publish (including descriptions, schedules, pricing, age restrictions, and venue/location details) is accurate and lawful, and that they have all necessary rights, licenses, permits, and authorizations to host and promote the Event and to use any uploaded materials.
Additional Organizer Obligations.
In addition to the representations and warranties set forth above, each Organizer expressly agrees and undertakes the following obligations with respect to any Event published on the platform:
- Payment of public entertainment tax.The Organizer is solely responsible for calculating, withholding (if applicable), and paying any and allimpuesto(s) sobre espectáculos públicosor other similar municipal, departmental or national taxes, levies or charges arising from the presentation of the Event, and for timely filing any required tax returns or notices with the competent authorities.
- Payment of authors’ and related rights. The Organizer shall obtain and pay any and all royalties, license fees, and similar amounts due for public performance, reproduction, or other exploitation of musical works and related subject matter used in connection with the Event. Where applicable, such amounts include payments due to collective management organizations such as SAYCO (Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de Colombia) and ACINPRO (Asociación Colombiana de Intérpretes y Productores Fonográficos), or other rights holders and neighboring-rights entities. The Organizer represents that it will (i) secure all necessary licenses and clearances, and (ii) keep records and provide proof of payment or licensing to Tiked upon request.
- Permits and authorizations. The Organizer shall obtain, maintain, and comply with all permits, licenses, certifications, health and safety authorizations, municipal approvals, and any other governmental or regulatory authorizations required for the lawful production, promotion and execution of the Event (including permits related to noise, occupancy, alcohol sales, public assembly, food service and transportation), and shall provide copies to Tiked upon reasonable request.
- Security, logistics and crowd management. The Organizer is responsible for implementing adequate security measures, emergency response plans, medical assistance, crowd control, ingress/egress logistics, and all other operational measures necessary to protect attendees, staff, contractors and third parties during the Event. Such measures must comply with applicable laws and industry standards and must be coordinated with the venue and local authorities as needed.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Organizer shall ensure that the Event, all promotional activity, ticketing practices, and the Organizer’s use of the platform comply with all applicable national, regional and local laws, regulations and administrative requirements (including consumer protection, accessibility, alcohol control, public safety and employment rules).
- Venue use and contracts. The Organizer is solely responsible for negotiating and complying with the terms of any contract, license or agreement governing the use of the venue or site where the Event will take place, including payment of venue fees, insurance, security deposits and obligations to third-party vendors or service providers.
- Attendee care and liability. The Organizer is responsible for the health, safety, conduct and reasonable care of Event attendees and for addressing claims or incidents arising at the Event. The Organizer shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage (including, where applicable, general liability and event cancellation insurance) and shall provide evidence of such insurance to Tiked upon request. The Organizer indemnifies and holds Tiked harmless for claims arising from Organizer’s failure to satisfy these obligations, except to the extent caused by Tiked’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
By publishing an Event on the platform, the Organizer acknowledges and accepts these obligations and agrees that compliance with them is a material condition of the Organizer’s right to use the Services. Tiked may require Organizers to provide documentation evidencing compliance, and may suspend, limit or remove Event listings where such documentation is not provided or where Tiked reasonably suspects non-compliance.
Insurance and Minimum Coverage Requirements
The Organizer must procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, adequate insurance coverage for the Event and its operations. At a minimum, the Organizer shall maintain (i) commercial general liability insurance with limits not less than those reasonably required by the venue and local authorities and (ii) event cancellation and/or non-appearance insurance where the size, nature or cost of the Event reasonably warrants such coverage. The Organizer shall also require any third-party vendors, contractors, and promoters engaged in connection with the Event to maintain appropriate insurance for their activities.
Upon Tiked's reasonable request, the Organizer shall provide certificates of insurance or other satisfactory evidence of coverage and shall name the platform operator as an additional insured to the extent reasonably required by the venue or the platform. The Organizer’s failure to maintain required insurance or to provide proof of insurance when requested shall constitute a material breach of these Legal Terms and may result in suspension or removal of the Event listing and/or withholding of payouts.
Proof of Payment to Collective Rights Organizations
The Organizer shall be solely responsible for securing and paying all royalties, license fees, and related amounts due for public performance, reproduction, or other exploitation of musical works and related subject matter used in connection with the Event. Where applicable, such amounts include payments due to collective management organizations such as SAYCO (Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de Colombia) and ACINPRO (Asociación Colombiana de Intérpretes y Productores Fonográficos), as well as any neighboring-rights entities or rights holders.
The Organizer shall keep accurate records of payments and licenses and shall provide proof of payment, invoices or license agreements to the platform upon reasonable request. Tiked may, at its discretion, suspend ticket sales for an Event where the Organizer fails to provide satisfactory evidence of compliance with collective rights obligations or where Tiked reasonably suspects non-payment. Nothing in these Legal Terms shall be interpreted to make Tiked responsible for the Organizer’s obligations to rights holders.
Organizer Indemnification for Regulatory Violations and Third-Party Claims
The Organizer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiked, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Organizer’s failure to obtain or maintain permits, licenses, or authorizations required for the Event; (b) the Organizer’s failure to pay taxes, public entertainment levies, royalties to rights management organizations or neighboring-rights entities; (c) the Organizer’s breach of safety, capacity or security obligations; (d) any misrepresentation or omission by the Organizer in connection with Event listings or promotional materials; and (e) any claim by a third party in connection with the Organizer’s actions or omissions at the Event.
This indemnity applies except to the extent that such claims are caused by Tiked’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Tiked will (where permitted by applicable law) provide the Organizer with prompt notice of any claim subject to indemnification and will reasonably cooperate in the defense, provided that Tiked may, at its option and expense, assume control of the defense where it reasonably determines that a separate defense is necessary to avoid a conflict of interest.
28. TICKETS, QR CODES, AND ENTRY VALIDATION
Tickets issued through the platform may include a unique QR code and/or downloadable ticket document. Each ticket/QR code is unique and may be validated at the Event through check-in. Attempting to duplicate, manipulate, reuse, or otherwise misuse a ticket/QR code is prohibited and may result in denial of entry, cancellation of the ticket, and account suspension.
29. CHECK-IN AND KEEPERS (ACCESS STAFF)
Organizers may appoint authorized access staff (“Keepers”) to validate tickets and manage Event entry. Keepers act on behalf of the Organizer, and the Organizer remains responsible for all actions taken by Keepers, including entry validation decisions and on-site policies.
Venue Safety, Capacity and Permits Audit Rights
The Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that the venue or location where the Event will take place complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. This includes obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, occupancy certificates, safety authorizations, emergency response plans, and other approvals required by local authorities or venue operators.
Upon reasonable request, the Organizer shall provide Tiked with documentation demonstrating compliance with venue capacity limits, safety regulations, permits, or other legal requirements applicable to the Event.
Tiked reserves the right to suspend ticket sales, remove an Event listing, or take other reasonable measures if the Organizer fails to provide adequate documentation or if Tiked reasonably believes that the Event venue does not meet applicable safety or legal standards.
Minimum Safety Staffing & Keeper Background Checks
For Events of a size, nature, or risk profile that reasonably warrant additional controls, the Organizer shall ensure the presence of adequate safety and security personnel, including appropriately qualified Keepers (access staff) and licensed security officers. The Organizer shall comply with any minimum staffing requirements imposed by the venue, insurers, or local authorities.
The Organizer must ensure that Keepers and security personnel have appropriate training, credentials, and authorizations for their roles. Where lawfully permitted, the Organizer shall conduct or procure background checks, identity verification, and other screening measures for Keepers and security staff. The Organizer shall maintain records evidencing such checks and provide them to Tiked or the venue operator upon reasonable request.
Tiked may require additional safety measures or certifications for Events that present elevated risks (for example: events where large crowds, pyrotechnics, alcohol service, or high-risk activities are present). Failure to comply with minimum staffing, training, or screening requirements may result in suspension of ticket sales, removal of the Event listing, or other remedies available under these Legal Terms.
30. PAYMENTS PROCESSED BY THIRD PARTIES (WOMPI)
Payments for tickets are processed by a third-party payment processor (Wompi). Tiked does not store full payment card details. Transaction confirmation, authorization, and settlement depend on the payment processor and the issuing financial institution. Users agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms and policies.
31. FEES, CHARGES, AND PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
Ticket prices and any applicable service fees may be displayed during checkout. A purchase is only considered completed when the platform records the corresponding payment status as successful/approved. Tiked may cancel, void, or mark a purchase as unsuccessful if payment verification fails or if fraud is suspected.
Payouts, Escrow and Holding Periods
Ticket sale proceeds collected through the Services will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s payout settings and these Legal Terms. Tiked may, in its sole discretion (and subject to applicable law), place funds on hold, retain amounts, or delay payouts to the Organizer for a reasonable period to cover potential chargebacks, refunds, fraud investigations, taxes, or other liabilities related to the Event.
Payment processing is performed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Wompi). The timing and finality of settlement depend on such processors and the issuing financial institutions. Tiked will use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer cleared funds to the Organizer in accordance with the payout schedule displayed in the Organizer’s account, subject to any holds, deductions for fees, chargebacks, or other permitted adjustments.
In the event of event cancellation, fraud, or dispute, Tiked reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts and to offset amounts against claims, chargebacks or liabilities until the matter is resolved. Tiked will provide notice to the Organizer when practicable and will cooperate in good faith to resolve disputed items.
32. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EVENT CHANGES
Unless expressly provided by Tiked in writing, refunds and compensations related to Event cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, venue changes, or Organizer non-performance are the Organizer’s responsibility. Tiked may, at its discretion and where legally permitted, assist with communications or technical processing, but does not guarantee refunds.
33. TICKET TRANSFERS
Where the platform enables ticket transfer, transfers may be subject to limitations, eligibility rules, and verification steps. The transferring user is solely responsible for entering correct recipient information and ensuring the transfer is lawful and authorized. Tiked may restrict or reverse transfers in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
Anti-Scalping and Resale Policy
The Organizer and Customers shall comply with any resale restrictions, transfer rules, and anti-scalping measures implemented by the platform or the Organizer. Where the platform enables ticket transfers or secondary sales, such functionality may be subject to limits, verification requirements, price controls, or approval by the Organizer.
The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to purchase, hold, or resell tickets (commonly known as scalping) is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Tiked or the Organizer. Tiked reserves the right to cancel, block, or reissue tickets and to suspend or terminate accounts where scalping, bot activity, or abusive resale behavior is detected. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement and may lead to civil or criminal liability.
Organizers may request platform assistance in implementing anti-scalping controls (such as limits per purchaser, CAPTCHA, transfer verification, or dynamic pricing) and should include any resale policy in the Event description so customers have clear notice.
34. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES, AND PROMOTERS
Discount codes and promotional mechanisms may be offered by Organizers or Tiked and may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, expiration dates, and anti-abuse controls. Tiked may void discounts, deny promotional benefits, or block promoter tracking if it detects misuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity.
35. USER-UPLOADED CONTENT AND IP COMPLAINTS
Organizers may upload content (including images and venue maps) and are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use and distribute such content. Tiked may remove or restrict access to content upon receipt of a credible infringement notice or if content violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
